Mens sana in corpore sano is a sentence in latin which means that someone is healthy, so our bodies will be healthy as well. We would be aware of that developing an organization is influenced by the quality of human resources in moving organization. The process can be done in various ways, both through education and training competency-based, a clear pattern of career coaching, learning tasks, and the outbound or the pattern of the game, all of which was to improve the performance of HUMAN RESOURCES of the Organization in carrying out its work. Therefore, recreational activities need to be done. One is the recreation to Sri Gethuk waterfall. Besides recreation to the falls, we were also given cycling activity. The cycling regularly can reduce the stress, and improve fitness and also gymnastics healthy activities followed by a leisurely. Hopefully, the employees of BPS-Statistics of Magelang Regency with a healthy and spirited strong, so we will support the purpose of bureaucracy reform.
