Presenters from Magelang Regency BPS Eko Indarmawan, KSK Candimulyo explained the 2020 Population Census and the procedures for filling in the Online Population Census.
The event was followed by a Question and Answer Discussion, including:
1. What about residents who have different names? In the past the child's diploma and name in KK or in other documents were different.
Answer:
SP Online only uses KK and NIK numbers. So that filling in the data only uses the KK and NIK reference numbers. In SP Online we focus population data first, to update data from dukcapil, we still have to go through dukcapil. Not solely from the online population census can change dukcapil data because dukcapil has its own system.
2. What if one household member has not received a smart Indonesian card from the government?
Answer:
A lot of data from BPS is used as the basis for providing assistance. BPS only does field data collection. After that it is handed over to the Office in need. BPS does not understand the basis of the Office to determine the provision of assistance. BPS invites the village head to change the mindset of its citizens that not all BPS data sources provide direct assistance. But for development planning needed for the community. This Population Census is purely for population data collection.
3. Does the Population Census Data be collected in all houses or only samples?
Answer:
The census is recorded as a whole, the survey is sampled. The target of the population census is that all residents in the village area are all recorded.
4. What about residents who are administratively still residents of our village but have moved for years and have not changed their KTP?
Answer:
If the residents fill out an online population census, the current address will be asked
