The coordination meeting was held after the flag and performance ceremony at the Secang District Office Page. At the performance of the performance of the Apocalypse, the Magelang Regent's speech was read in support of and invitation to sub-district and village government officials to support and contribute to the success of the 2020 Population Census.
The meeting was opened by the Head of Secang Subdistrict, Mr. Budi Daryanto, S.STP, M.Si who explained the SP2020 activities in outline, the benefits of SP2020, and conveyed the tasks of the village head.
The task of the village head and village head is to provide support in SP2020 activities such as:
Disseminating information about SP2020 in various opportunities and media, including community forums and including Whatsapp Group;
Help install and distribute SP2020 publicity in various places, including banners, posters and leaflets (materials for poster / leaflet publicity will be provided);
Inviting community members to participate in the Online Population Census;
Assist census officers on conducting the Population Census Interview; and
Provide direction and make a circular for the head / board of the SLS to provide direction regarding his role in SP2020 (sample letters provided).
