Exercise can enhance body immunity

To keep the body of the employee in good condition, a number of BPS employees of Magelang Regency participated in the friday morning gymnastics activity. Gymnastics activities which began at 07.30 WIB for approximately 35 minutes are expected to increase the body's immunity level.
