Deflation caused prices down indicated by index in foodstuff group ( 0,83 percent ) and the transport , communication and financial services ( 0,18 percent ) .While inflation happened to the housing ( 0,47 percent ) followed by clothing group ( 0,22 percent ); instant food , drink , cigarette , and tobacco ( 0,21 percent ); health group ( 0,21 percent ); and the group of education ( 0,02 percent )
