Abstract

Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) in January 2025 was 30.33 percent where
TPK star hotels were 46.54 percent and non-star hotels were 21.66 percent.
Average Length of Stay (LST) of guests in January 2025 was 1.19 nights,
recorded RLM star hotels were 1.38 nights and non-star hotels were 1.04 nights.
Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) in February 2025 was 28.42 percent where
TPK star hotels were 41.45 percent and non-star hotels were 21.40 percent.
Average Length of Stay (LST) of guests in February 2025 was 1.27 nights,
recorded RLM star hotels were 1.59 nights and non-star hotels were 1.05 nights.
