Activity Update Data on Village Development 2020 or better known as Updating PODES 2020

Village Development Data Update Activity or better known as Updating PODES is an annual activity carried out at BPS in Magelang Regency. This activity generally aims to produce data on the potential of the region, the availability of infrastructure / facilities, and socio-economic conditions in each village / kelurahan. The specific objectives of the PODES Updating activity are: Providing basic data to calculate the Geographical Difficulty Index (IKG) which will be used as one of the variables in allocating Village Funds (DD), Providing data to calculate the Village Index (ID), providing data for various needs relating to regional planning at the national and regional levels, providing data on the existence and development potential of villages, providing supporting data for the preparation of Regions in Numbers (DDA), and providing data for Urban / Rural calculations. The Updating PODES data collection activity was carried out in all areas of Magelang Regency with 367 villages and 5 sub-districts by mobilizing 38 enumerators. This activity was carried out from 15 June 2020 to 17 July 2020.
